Our Cardio Kickboxing is a fitness class that has been designed to help improve all muscle groups. This is achieved by combining martial arts techniques with a fast-paced cardio routine. This high energy workout will help build stamina, improve coordination, flexibility and burn calories all while building lean muscle. This program promotes a fun atmosphere for students to get their heart rate up while learning proper techniques.
Our Adult MMA classes are an excellent way to get fit, stay in shape and have fun while learning vital self-defense skills. By blending a variety of martial arts styles, we have created a self-defense system that is realistic of the real world situations people may encounter.
